Courtney Love Sued Over Nirvana Profits

Courtney Love was sued for allegedly failing to pay a management firm its share of the proceeds from the sale of part of the Nirvana catalogue.
According to the suit, filed Tuesday, July 22 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Love made and oral agreement with Los Angeles based London Co. and owes the management company a 5% share of her reported $19.5 million in profits.
Love’s attorney made a statement claiming to be aware of the discrepancy between Love and London Co.; he has not however, seen the lawsuit.
