Jennifer Hudson Gets Ready for Album Release

Academy Award winner and former American Idol runner up Jennifer Hudson is getting ready to release her self-titled solo debut album. The album is set to drop on June 9th with digital downloads available the next day.
“I’m beyond ecstatic about my new album,” Jennifer said. “I think people will be pleasantly surprised because it shows a side of my work that no one has heard before.”
If it’s anything like Jennifer’s past efforts including American Idol and her successful acting roles in “Dream Girls” and “Sex and the City” it’s sure to be a major hit.
